The Administrator processes your personal data in order to answer your question and to present a solution to your case.
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, without providing such data it is not possible to solve the case presented by you.
Your personal data is processed in order to identify the sender of the enquiry and to process the enquiry sent by the form provided – the legal basis for the processing is the necessity of the processing to perform the contract for the provision of services (Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO);
However, with regard to data provided optionally, the legal basis for their processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).
In relation to the processing of personal data, you have the right to:

The Administrator shall process your personal data for the time needed to resolve the issue presented by you. Depending on its type, the Administrator will also process your personal data for the time necessary to prove that the case has been resolved, i.e. for the period of the statute of limitations for claims.
Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including on the basis of personal data received from you, profiling, understood as exclusively automated processing of your data, will not be performed.
