The Administrator processes your personal data in order to answer your question and to present a solution to your case.
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, without providing such data it is not possible to solve the case presented by you.

Depending on its type, the Administrator will also process your personal data for the time necessary to prove that the case has been resolved, i.e. for the period of the statute of limitations for claims.
Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including on the basis of personal data received from you, profiling, understood as exclusively automated processing of your data, will not be performed.
